I'm tired of the Horde's aesthetic

Spikes everywhere. That's what it boils down to. Alliance players keep screeching about horde bias, but when it comes to aesthetically pleasing models, it's the Horde that gets shafted 90% of the time.Back in WoD Alliance were chilling in (at the time) the best looking zone in a beautiful garrison, complete with paved roads, a keep, even a fucking fountain. At the same time, the horde got a few stone huts with spikes everywhere in the middle of a frozen tundra. The "horde = spikes" memes were at an all time high then, and it seems that Blizzard took that as a sign that this is what people want, since they're doubling down on that for BFA with the faction sets. The Horde is not only made up of Orcs. It hasn't been for a very long time. Same with the Alliance and Humans for that matter, but their armor sets at.least look halfway appropriate for most Alliance races. But the horde get spikes. On everything, always. Why? In earlier expansions you could argue that the Orcish design choices reflect the savage nature of the horde races, and with the Orcs In charge it's only fitting that their aesthetic choices be dominant throughout the Horde. But that hasn't been true for a while now. Sylvanas leads the Horde, the Forsaken play an important part in the story. We have races such as the Nightborne and Blood Elves and soon Zandalari, all with a more sophisticated tastes in terms of design, but we still get spikes everywhere. With their decision to stop doing class sets for every raid, and with BfA's focus on factions they could have done racial armors for existing races. Or at the very lest let another race's aesthetic be prevalent for once.Of all my characters maybe 2 will look good in the warfront armor, and it being cosmetic means I'll probably not even bother with one of the expansions major features.Warcraft is no longer Orcs vs Humans. I wish Blizzard would reflect that in their design.
