Why can't we see the reason why we are kicked from dungeons?

New player here (started a month ago) and I find it pretty dumb that we can't see the reason we are kicked, I want to know what I'm doing wrong so I can improve.Usually I'll whisper to some instance member and they'd usually say "stfu noob" and put me on ignore. It would be pretty beneficial if people actually wrote proper reasons to kick someone instead of saying "cancerous" or "gay"
