Heroic Leap Bugged since 7.2.5

Hi fellow warriors,Have you noticed that Heroic Leap behaves a bit inconsistent since the last patch?Basically, sometimes, instead of popping up the message "no path available", your cd is wasted and you stay in the same position.I read something on the hotfix about non-consuming the cd under roots, but this is something different.I shared this with one warrior of my guild past night and he had the same problem and watching one stream, the streamer had the problem too. Couldn't find anything on the official forums/twitter about it.
