I just realized, no spec uses a wand as their artifact weapon.

For a second I couldn't remember if wands were even still in the game, but my priest still has the Shoot ability. What caster spec would have made sense to have a wand instead of a staff/dagger? Arcane mage? Holy or Disc priest?
