Blizzard, for the love of Leeroy Jenkins, please add in the option for level scaling in older content so we can finish a zone on our alts while leveling.

Leveling alts would be so much more enjoyable if I could quest in an area and actually finish everything there rather than go to a new zone every 30 to 45 minutes. Blizzard, I beg of you.
