Don't kick you healer for "not healing". Rant inside.

Rant time. I got kicked from a timewalking dungeon today for "not healing" right before the last boss. The dungeons are a breeze when you are geared like I am. I was doing more damage than 2 of the dps in the group, but because the tanks self heals were outhealing my heals the group kicked me. If nobody is dieing and the group is moving along fine don't kick the healer.
