1) Create new character that you want to level up2) Equip all heirloom gear for +exp3) Use http://ift.tt/2fydWQE) Use http://ift.tt/2gbQwyW) Do quests listed here on your level 110 character: http://ift.tt/2fyhfrr) Turn the quests on your new character.7) Enjoy a one-time event. Bonus points for doing it during times when you can buff your exp gain with, say, summer event or halloween buffs.Quests give approximately 130k exp per turn-in. Elixir timers DO NOT go down while you are offline on that new character.
