Why are the vicious PvP mounts, of all things, not account-wide?

For other PvP items/titles/mounts, I've heard arguments raised as to why they aren't account-wide. You can debate how logical those arguments all you want, but none of them even apply to the vicious mounts. For example, the gladiator title, RBG titles, and gladiator mounts you could make the argument that the title and mount was earned on that character as that class, and represents the player's skill with that class. I don't particularly agree with that sentiment, since you could use it against PvE titles and mounts (which ARE account-wide) but nonetheless..It just doesn't hold up when applied to the vicious mounts. You can literally earn the saddle on one character, mail it to another, and get the mount on a class you completely suck as. In case this isn't clear, the saddle/reins for the mount are BoA but the mount itself isn't. Why? This itself defeats any argument you can raise for the mounts not being account-wide, other than to waste your time (which I doubt is the real reason, hopefully). It's especially weird because you can only earn one saddle per character per season. So if you want all of your characters to have each of the mounts, you have to win 100 3v3s or 40 rbs for several consecutive seasons on several characters.I don't got time for that. The only thing keeping me from pursuing more of these mounts, ironically (is that irony?) is that they aren't account-wide, because the character I have my other vicious mounts on I don't even play anymore. It's a shame because they are some really beautiful mounts. I don't believe I'm alone on this either. The honor mounts are an example of account-wide PvP rewards, and it's not like it necessarily takes any difference of skill to earn the vicious or honor mounts, just a hell of a lot of time. Although it helps speed it up.tl;dr Please Blizzard, don't let Legion be another expansion where vicious mounts are next-to pointless to grind for, and at the same time so damn sexy.
